Each transplant candidate is carefully evaluated by a multidisciplinary team that includes transplant surgeons, gastroenterologists, nephrologists, hepatologists, infectious disease specialists, and social workers. Patients receive state-of-the-art care for highly complex procedures with intensive long-term followup.
